iTEC+ 2022
The challenge
The past few years have been hard for everyone, and the events industry was one of the hardest hit. ITEC weathered through the pandemic by going virtual. We had excellent participation during the two years that attendees were unable to travel. In 2022, they went back in person to Anaheim, California. Our challenge was to navigate coming out of the pandemic while adding on an unpredictable element with a second conference being co-located.

The solution
We jumped in to strategize and address the challenges of going back in person. Right when Omicron hit! It was a rollercoaster of challenges, with speakers and attendees alike unable to travel. The solution was to remain flexible in every way! We used the time to return with a bang and were told by the group that it was the “Best ITEC Ever!”.
