The Energy Conversion Congress and Expo was held on October 29 – Nov 2, 2023 at the Music City Center in Nashville, TN.
2023 was the second year RNA was contracted to run the conference. We worked with the orgnanizing committee to launch several new initiatives, while breaking several records for attendance and exhibit sales.
The 2023 Biennial IEEE International Electric Machines and Drives Conference was held on May 14 – 18, 2023.
RNA was contracted late in the cycle with only 6 months to set up the website, spread the word about the conference and arrange the program, and expo. Despite many challenges, the conference was a great success with the higher than expected registrations.
The 2022 20th Biennial IEEE Conference on Electromagnetic Field Computation (CEFC) was held virtually, October 24 – 26, 2022.
RNA was contracted with only three months until the show which had pivoted to virtual. Through blood sweat and tears our team was able to coordinate with hundreds of overseas authors to put on a great virtual experience.
ECCE 2022 Conference featured both industry-driven and application-oriented technical sessions, as expositions. ECCE 2022 contracted with RNA for the first time directly out of Covid. Due to excellent coordination between the organizing committee and RNA, ECCE had the largest exhibition in its history.
ITEC is a conference with a memorable history with RNA Associates. They were the first event to hire us on and have been so fun to grow alongside! This year, they had an extra challenge in going in person after two years of virtual conferences. On top of that, they combined with a second conference for the first time!
